My grandson really wanted this for Christmas. He had seen and played with "Buttercup", "the girl one" at our local store. He really fell in love with it. He wanted "S'mores" as he thought that was the boy horse. He was super stoked with S'mores and his little sister is getting into it too. (He's 5 and she's 4). It is a good and sturdy horse. Beware that it comes with a periwinkle lead and harness- not very boyish - but we were able to dye it black with a kato marker.
